“Breakfast: from 7:00 am to 10:00 am
Lunch: from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
Dinner: from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm”
How many floors does the hotel have?
“6 floors, the top floor is used only for meeting and catering service.”
Do the rooms have a terrace, a balcony or a window?
“Standard rooms all have a balcony with a side sea view, some Junior or family suits have side sea view windows.”
Are there non-smoking rooms?
“All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.”
Is there a telephone / TV in the room?
“Yes, all rooms have a telephone with landline to call the outside and a TV, with digital terrestrial channels, Mediaset premium hotel package and satellite channels.”
How far is the nearest bus stop?
“The urban summer lines stop in front of the hotel. The nearest stop of the extra-urban lines is at approximately 500m.”
How far is the airport?
“The “Raffaello Sanzio” Airport of the Marche region is 15km away”
Is there a car rental service near the hotel?
“We have special agreements with Senigallia car rentals, at least two days’ notice is required in order to arrange the rental directly at the hotel. The main rental companies are all based at the regional airport of the Marche “Raffaello Sanzio”, which is approx. 15km away”
Is there a shuttle service with private car to / from the train station?
At what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
“Rooms are available from 2:00 pm”
Is the wi-fi service free and working in all rooms?
“A fast internet line with Wi-Fi connection is available to all guests, in all the rooms”
Is it possible to book tickets for museums or tours of Senigallia through the hotel staff?
“Our staff will be glad to assist you to book any type of service in the area, but physical reservations and payments shall be carried out directly by the guests for privacy reasons and for the safe handling of payments.”
Is a deposit required for final confirmation?
“It depends on the type of rate/discount chosen. In case of non-refundable rates the prepayment of the full amount is required, for other formulas you might be asked to pay the amount of the first night or 30% of your stay. All details are available during the booking process.”
How do I know if my booking has been successful?
“You will receive an email confirming your reservation, for any further questions please do not hesitate to call us for a final check.”
How can I modify my reservation?
What is the cancellation policy and what are the reservation terms after which I might have to pay a penalty?
“Formula with cancellation allowed
- If you book with a formula where cancellation is allowed, cancellation is free until 6 days before arrival. If you cancel later than that, the first night will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the penalty is the full amount of the stay.
Formula with cancellation not allowed
- If you book with a formula where cancellation is not allowed, and you cancel any time after booking, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
How should I behave if I book only a few days before the date of my arrival?
How can I settle my bill?
“You can settle your bill at any time after arrival, paying by credit card, debit card or cash for amounts below € 3000”
Is there a SPA?
“No, there is no SPA at the hotel”
Is it possible to check in before 2:00 pm?
“Early check-in is possible, subject to availability check, with an extra charge.
You can always leave your luggage at the hotel even before the check-in time while waiting for your room to be available, and take advantage of any other services such as beach, bikes, bathrooms, etc.
Note: For breakfast on the day of arrival an extra charge is applied.”
Is the beach service included?
“The beach service is included only as part of the ALL INCLUSIVE rate. For all the other booking options, you can take advantage of a special agreement the hotel has with the beach service “Bagni n ° 61 Le Palme”: the price for a beach umbrella and 2 sun beds is € 16.00 per day.”
Is the beach a sandy beach or a pebble beach?
“The beach is of very fine sand, not surprisingly Senigallia is called “The velvet beach””
Are the prices quoted per person or per room?
“The prices shown always refer to the room.”
What happens if I arrive at the hotel very late?
“The reception staff is available 24 hours a day, if you arrive very late, please let us know in advance by phone or email”
What other payment methods are accepted?
“Advance payment by bank transfer is also possible, at least 4 days before departure.”
What kind of breakfast do you serve?

Is it possible to have special menus in case of food intolerances?
“Yes, it is possible to prepare special menus for food allergies and intolerances, dietary and sport needs, in these cases we ask you to inform us in advance about your specific needs.”

Yes, on first floor you will find a bar which is open at meal times, and on call at other times.”

“Yes, the hotel has rooms are fitted and equipped for accessibility of the disabled.”

How far is the train station from the hotel?

Is it possible to park in the hotel parking lot or do we park in the street?
“The hotel has an underground garage available at the rate of € 15.00 per day. It is located under the hotel and access is from Via Lazio.
Around the hotel you will also find public paying parking lots (BLUE LINES) on the seafront and in side roads. Payment is requested ONLY from June to September. In the street behind the hotel, called Via Spontini, you can find free parking spaces (WHITE LINES).”

What time do I have to leave the room on the day of departure?
“Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am”

“No, on request we can print your emails. Please ask the reception”
Are pets allowed?
“Pets are allowed in the hotel.
